Cancellation policy

Thank you for using Salt Rabbit (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Service Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and what to expect regarding billing and access.

1. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

  • By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically renew your subscription at the stated interval (monthly, quarterly, annually, or otherwise) until you cancel.

  • Before your subscription renews, we will notify you of the renewal and any changes in price, as required by law.

  • Renewal charges will be billed to the payment method on file unless you cancel before your next renewal date.

2. How to Cancel

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

    1. Logging into your account and visiting the subscription management page, or

    2. Contacting our support team at support@saltrabbit.com.

  • For security reasons, we cannot accept cancellations via social media or third-party messaging apps.

3. Timing of Cancellation

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • To avoid the next renewal charge, cancellations must be submitted at least 14 before the renewal date.

  • You will retain access to your subscription until the end of the paid period.

4. Free Trials & Introductory Offers

  • If your plan includes a free trial or discounted introductory offer, you may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the then-current rate.

5. Confirmation of Cancellation

  • Upon cancellation, we will send a confirmation email for your records.

  • In California and other jurisdictions requiring notice, this confirmation will clearly state the effective cancellation date.
